Hola! My name is Carmen Núñez and I’m the founder of Carmen Núñez Attorney at Law.

I have many years of experience, in real estate transactions, civil law, corporate law, immigration law, and working closely with Mexican Government Officers to assist clients from all over the world moving to some of the most extraordinary locations in Mexico. I graduated in 2003 from the University of Mexicali Baja California, and I have a bachelor’s degree in Law and a Masters Degree in International Law. I started my private legal practice in Mexico in 2003 and as a consular officer for 6 years for the Mexican Consulate in Calexico, California.

 A Little Bit About Me…

I was born and raised in Mexicali, Baja California.  Since a very young age, I always felt the urge to help people solve problems and represent them when injustice was being committed. I consider myself as a true giver and I strongly believe that there is always a solution for every problem.

I am passionate about traveling, and although I have traveled to many places, I still believe there is plenty to discover, and I am eager to continue traveling the world. Besides that, I love art, reading and interior design, flipping homes, and rescuing and rehoming pets.

Among the many reasons that led me to settle down my law practice in San Felipe. The most significant of all is my FAMILY, also, that San Felipe has shown me that it has the potential to become a lovely beach-town.

Today, I delight in offering a service built on experience, trust, transparency, and ease of mind to my clients who want to live or work in various locations in Mexico. By navigating the bureaucracy of government offices on their behalf, I make it easy for their dreams to come through. It’s always exciting supporting my clients in taking their first steps towards a new life in Mexico.
